Hi, I'm Peter. This is a super place to live in a great location. Safe, secure, clean, spacious and welcoming. Room offered is a large furnished kingsize bedroom with lots of built in wardrobe storage, plus your own exclusive modern ensuite bathroom with shower and bath (never a queue for the bathroom !) Village of Bearsted, Maidstone, close to all amenities. All bills are included including Superfast Broadband. Live in landlord Peter, and current residents Laura and Paul, reside harmoniously in this spacious house (each of us decent professional people) I would like a likeable non smoker to join us, who values their privacy, but who also enjoys the company of likeable fellow residents. After a bad experience with the previous tenant, I am taking my tlme to find the right person this time.
