Double room for one person only, no couples, no parent with child, no single parents, no pets, no siblings, no smokers, no benefits, no party animals, no work from home etc.
Ideally looking for someone who leaves at 8 am and come back at 5 or even later.

Plenty of storage in a 3 bed house. 15 mins walk to the town centre on the one way system.

Off licence across the road
Both lidl and tesco 10 mins walk direction Tovil.
Buses across the road in front of the house.

Parking available on street with parking permit to be bough from the council website.

Huge garden, shared bathroom (with me), kitchen/dining, with washing machine, fridge freezer, lots of gadgets and separate living room.
All bills included, electr/gas/council tax/water/ broadband/ am I missing anything?

I need my own space and I will give and respect your own space. Just a bit of consideration and common sense will make you the perfect housemate.

Room has been rented since 2016 to 3 different people, plus a few that lasted a few months in between, so an average of 3 years each person.

Ideally looking for a quiet person with a stable Monday to Friday full time job, as I have set days off during the week so, I would prefer the house to my self on my days off and would be the same for you on your days off.

The person needs to be working day time and sleep at night, as I am a morning person so, we wouldn't be suitable is you were sleeping all day.

You are welcome to invite the odd friend for dinner "very occasionally", not as a habit, as long as I am aware of it before hand, not welcome to invite different people everyday such as tinder date, also no parties hosted in the house and no one staying overnight sneaking out in the morning.
I just do not like strangers in my home.
Because of the above, be aware that I had to install a few cameras in communal areas, as things have gone missing in the past and now I need to prevent this things from happening again.

This doesn't mean it will be a big brother house, but if I say no tinder date over and that happens, it will have to be the end of the tenancy.
