My housemate is moving out at the end of the month.
The flat itself is situated in the middle of town, 3/4 mins to any of the 3 train stations in Maidstone, within 10 mins of at least 3 different gyms and spitting distance from the shops and the night life....
The ad my landlord had put out is limited in picture, if interested I'm happy to provide addition information and pictures.
All bills/additionals (excluding electric) is included in the rent so thats TV, Wi-Fi, parking etc.
As for me, Im 27 and working full time. Very social, whether it be having friends over or going on a day/night out. Ive lived in the flat for 3 years and have been sharing with my best mate for the last year. So Im just hoping someone like minded is wanting a similar opportunity!?
