DOUBLE ROOM IN LARGE DETACHED HOUSE IN QUIET PRIVATE CUL DE SAC
I am looking for a nice professional, clean, tidy person to share my home. I currently live with my son is studying Science A Level at West Kent College, and a good, house trained, quiet dog. I am offering a newly decorated furnished double room containing double bed, 2 bedside drawers, wardrobe with drawer, TV and mirror. There are plenty of socket & tv aerial. I am happy to include bedding & furnishings but if this is not to your taste, also happy for you to use your own, the walls are white so a blank canvas. I have ticked en suite bathroom so as not to be discounted by the perfect tenant with those requirements. Sole use of the family bathroom can be negotiated as I have an en suite and there is also a downstairs shower/cloakroom. The family bathroom has power shower and currently is only used by my teenage son ( whose is away 3 nights per week). I have a new kitchen with modern ovens, hob, microwave, w/machine, dishwasher,, 2 reception rooms, virgin TV & broadband, downstairs cloakroom, another room I work from, garden and off road parking. Upstairs I have 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a dressing room.
I work from home, so the house is always clean and tidy and I employ a weekly cleaner. I am a very sociable person, I may have the odd BBQ etc. but no wild parties. We would obviously entirely consider your privacy should you wish. If you think this may be a good fit for you, please get in touch.
