King size room in 2 bed home

Hi there,

I have one room available in a two bed maisonette with a clean and tidy female and her cat.

The flat is a 10 minute walk from town and 5 minute walk from Mote Park and the leisure centre.

The property is ground floor flat in a period terrace house. The kitchen, living room and bathroom are communal area where everything is shared and ready to use.

The bathroom has roll top bath and shower, underfloor heating and back lit mirror.

The bedroom is large with storage under the bed and is currently unfurnished and furnished slightly differently to the picture.

There is a lovely garden with decking area with seating and there is garden shed for storage at the end of the garden.

There is one parking space that would be shared, however parking on the road is free before 9am and after 5pm, so if you work and have a car that works well. Also parking permits are super cheap.
