Double Room (Short Term Let Only)

As you can see this is for a very short term let, the property has been sold so I myself am moving out on the last day of August. Because of this the price can be negotiated for someone that is suitable.

Financially it will help me out having someone here before I leave and better than the room not being used.

Double room pictured with the blue wallpaper, will have use of main bathroom pictured as I have en-suite.

It is very close to Maidstone Hospital so around 1.5 miles from Maidstone Town Centre and has everything you need close by.

I am extremely clean and tidy and I expect the same from the person who moves in.
