It is only a 15 minute walk to Bearsted station and the bus stop is a 10 minute walk up the road which goes direct to Maidstone Town centre - tesco, co op pharmacy etc are all 5 minutes away.

The parking is in front of annexe behind electric gates, any friends visiting also have secure parking too!

It has a built in fridge freezer, washing machine, electric hob/oven with extractor fan.

It is fully furnished with a sofa bed and small dining table - the pictures show it empty after it was recently decorated with new carpet. The bed is included which is a small double.

If you need to store a bike there is a shed to secure it.

Digital aerial so you can plug a smart TV in no need for sky but if you want sky no problem at your cost!

Council tax and all utility bills are included in price advertised.

safe place no hassle living space, cctv and electric gates for added security, you will have your own gate remote.

The garden is kept tidy by myself so no garden duties necessary - I keep the gardens maintained when I'm not working myself I have a small care and cleaning business - I'm down to earth, friendly and fair all I ask is the same in return!

I live in the main house so maintenance issues are resolved quickly I am capable but any major problems I have british gas home cover so I just book an engineer!
