The house has been thoughtfully designed and renovated throughout. It offers 7 fully finished bedrooms with a double bed and memory foam mattress, a desk with a chair, plenty of storage space and its own flatscreen smart television, complimentary fibre broadband and Netflix subscription.

The house was designed with the end user in mind and features 5 toilets in total and 3 bathrooms.

The co-living space boasts large designer kitchen, adjacent spacious dining room and luxurious living room with smart TV, and sofa. The property boats 2 kitchens and 2 ovens, 2 hobs, 2 fridges and lots of storage. There is also a large dining table and chairs, perfect for house dinners.

The room comes with all bills included, complimentary Netflix for all tenants, fibre broadband and weekly cleaner of the communal spaces.

It also has a utility room with washing machine and a tumble dryer. The house comes with a small patio and bespoke cycle parking at the back, with a convenient access through the alleyway. There is also on street parking just outside the house.

It's a concept which denotes that at the root of everything, we are looking to feel comfortable. Situated right at the heart of Margate, offering excellent transport links - just one minute walk to a bus stop, 10 minutes walk to a train station with a speedy train to London in just 1h 20m. It's only a couple of minutes away from the Main Sands, right on the main high street next door to all the wonderful cafes, bakeries, restaurants and shops.
