I'm looking for a professional person to rent my Spareroom near the QEQM hospital, so very ideal if you work there as it's only a short walk away.

- Close to all amenities, bus stop just outside and the high street 5 minute walk away. Also close to Northdown Road with all the specialist grocery stores.

- fully furnished bedroom with double bed, desk, chair, chest of drawers and clothing rail. I also have linen if you need some.

- fully equipped Kitchen, with washing machine, appliances etc..

- Shared Bathroom with good pressure shower

- Communal living room with TV etc.

- Broadband and bills included.
