One large double room availible in my house from November 6th. King sized bed. Quiet road by Dane valley Park. 5 mins drive from beach & 5 mins drive from hospital. Living with myself & one chap both in our 30s so preference would be to find someone of a similar age. We are both out working a lot so house is nice and quiet & relaxed. All bills & cleaner are included. Lovely big garden which I am happy for housemate to enjoy & have veggie/flower patch. Working tenant only.
