The house is immaculately clean and tidy, always, as a house share you will have use of the kitchen for storing food, cooking etc and use the shared living room for watching TV/Films, maybe a catch up over a few drinks.

It will suit a socially outgoing person who does like their own company but enjoy a more social environment rather than spending hours and hours shut away in their room.

The only solid rule is no eating of cooked food in the bedroom, experience has shown the smell lingers in the upper levels of the house.
