Sunny Double Room in Margate

Hello!

Mine is a double room, south facing, looking out over the garden. The house has got 4 bedrooms but you'd be sharing the house with just me, one of the homeowners. We're putting the house on the market in December, so the room is available for at least 5 months, then it would be a monthly rolling contract.

I'm 32, female. I often work away from home throughout the week, so you might have the house to yourself. You'd also be welcome to use one of the spare bedrooms if you have guests visiting Margate.

Bills included except gas and electricity, which are on a top up meter.
