Spacious Room Available for 2 Months – LGBTQIA+ Friendly Home
Hey! I’m looking for someone to rent my bedroom for 2 months while I’m away traveling. It’s in a 4-bedroom house, but you’ll only be sharing with one other person.
You’d be living with a lovely queer individual in our arty, LGBTQIA+ household, so queer folks are preferred!
The bedroom is on the ground floor and comes with its own living room—so you’ll have loads of space to yourself. The other housemate is upstairs, and the kitchen and other shared spaces are on the lower ground floor (three floors in total).
All bills are included except electricity, which is on a top-up meter—usually no more than £20 a month.
I’m also open to reducing the rent if needed. If you’re interested but the price is a stretch, I am happy to chat and figure something out.
It’s a super friendly, welcoming space—perfect if you’re thinking of testing the waters in Margate and want a cozy, creative home for a couple of months.
