Bright and sunny double room in a 2 bedroom Victorian terraced house near the quirky Shell Grotto and antiques haven of RG Scott's.

A beautiful, cosy, south-facing double room overlooking the garden. The room is bright and sunny all day and lovely and quiet, tucked away from the street. Comes furnished with double bed with underbed storage and clothes rails.

You'll be a short stroll from Northdown Road's independent shops, restaurants, and bars, and equally close to the charm of the Old Town - best of both worlds. The beach and Dane Park are close by too. The street itself is quiet and residential, with free off-road parking.

I'm freelance in the wellness world (yoga and sound practice), so I keep a calm, easygoing home. I've got a young baby, so I'm looking for someone who's happy and relaxed around kids, along with being clean and tidy. Beyond that, I love a good movie night, beach walks, yoga, dinners together, and laid back hangs, but equally respect everyone needing their own space and time.

Looking for someone settled, friendly, and considerate to share the home with.

You'll also be sharing with a gorgeous cat who is timid at first but very friendly when you get to know her.
