Successful applicant will have complete access to the house and can come and go as they please. No children and no couple, looking for a professional person, preferably someone calm and considered. The room is currently unfurnished but I will be getting a bed and wardrobe to go in there, there is already a large 3 drawer unit in the room, as well as a computer desk but the desk, can be taken out and something smaller in its place if needed (it's a corner desk so it's quite intrusive due to the shape)

Rent is £625 pcm and all bills are included, access to virgin media Fibre optic. The house is semi-smart and lighting and heating can be controlled from your phone or an Alexa device should you be lying in bed and do not want to get up. All plug sockets have double USB charging points for your devices and the bathroom cabinet has speakers if you want to relax in the bath or shower with some music on. There is no TV in the room as I do not have a spare one, nor is there an aerial point so I am in the process of finding out how I can get an extra Virgin Media box into the room. There is no hardwired internet connection in the room but there is a Cat5 input via a special plug that plugs into the wall allowing hardwired connectivity to the broadband..
