Looking for two housemates to join me in this wonderful 3 bed property just off Northdown Road in Margate/Cliftonville.

The landlady (lives in London) has previously had it as an Airbnb so consequently it’s stunningly decorated, as the photos show.

I’m actually a new tenant here and moving in from 1st October and need to find two people to join me; I’m a full time professional and travel a bit with work sometimes - when I’m not travelling I tend to work from home a bit so totally open to housemates who also work from home obviously!

I have a lovely little cat who’s quite timid but once she knows you, she’ll mosey over for attention every now and again - always on her terms of course haha!

The house has got three bedrooms along with a living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, additional toilet and courtyard garden too and is literally round the corner from Aldi and all the bars and shops of Northdown Road. Couple of minutes away from pubs and the Old Town too and has street parking out the front, along with bus stops round the corner, and obviously Margate station is about 15-20 mins walk or 7/8 mins bike ride.

Ideal housemates would be easy going, clean, open to socialising/hanging out in the house, whilst obviously also being respectful of each others down time/personal space - always up for a coffee/glass of wine/netflix binge when we’re all in though - really looking for people to make it feel like a home 😊
