Looking for a housemate to join me in this lovely little two bed flat, right opposite the Bus Cafe on the beach and right in front of the station - perfection!
I’m actually a new tenant here and moving in by the end of October/beginning of November hopefully so the room is basically available from the next couple of weeks. I’m a full time professional and travel a bit with work sometimes - when I’m not travelling I tend to work from home a bit so totally open to a housemate who also works from home obviously!
I have a lovely little cat who’s quite timid but once she knows you, she’ll mosey over for attention every now and again - always on her terms of course haha!
The house has got two bedrooms along with a living room, open plan kitchen, bathroom, private courtyard garden that leads to a communal larger courtyard area too, (although when I saw the flat there were no signs of anyone else using the space 🥳) and is literally round the corner from the station and opposite the sea front with a short walk to the Old Town and of course easy and quick access to all the amenities of Canterbury Road. There’s street parking round the corner, along with plenty of bus stops and space to store bicycles too.
The room itself is nice and bright and currently has a large wardrobe in it which the landlady has said could be removed and there’s some built in storage in the room too.
Ideal housemate would be easy going, clean, open to socialising/hanging out in the house, whilst obviously also being respectful of each others down time/personal space - always up for a coffee/glass of wine/netflix binge when we’re both around though - really looking for someone to make it feel like a home 😊
