Massive Creative, Chill House in Cliftonville £775

Hello there lovely people!

We have a room going in mid December in our spacious house in Margate with two living rooms, a separate kitchen diner and big garden at the back. The room itself is huge 5m by 5m rooms with lots of natural light.

We are Kate and Sarah, and we fell in Love with Margate and the awesome creative vibe here. We are two laid back and chilled out people, Kate works in sustainability and has a pottery business and Ellie is working for the NHS.

We like to cook together, swim and paddleboard around the coast and explore the various lovely local restaurants and things going on down here.

The house is a lovely and spacious fully furnished Edwardian house in Margate in Cliftonville, 5 mins to the beach and tidal pool and independent shops, bars and cafes on Northdown Road with all amenities.

It is light, bright, modern, spacious and airy, with wooden floorboards and high ceilings throughout. It is also surprisingly cosy when it has been cooler recently.

In addition to the bedrooms the house has:
- a big garden,
- a large lounge,
- a dining area that flows into the kitchen,
- an additional large communal room downstairs

The house is fully furnished and has everything you would need for living purposes.

The initial rental period will be for 6 months from December, with the possibility to extend further to a year.
