Double room in large house

Hello.

We have a fantastic double room available.

The room is in a spacious 3 storey town house. Large kitchen dining room. Large 1st floor lounge with balcony and side sea view. 2 bathrooms- both with showers, 1 with a bath. Wooden floor boards throughout etc.

Current housemates are all working in the arts and hospitality. Everyone has there own lives however will share the occasional glass of wine/ supper.

Ideally looking for someone to make a home for a year, however would consider 6 months, and perhaps shorter.

Price is £475 including all bills. The room comes with a double bed. Deposit is one months rent.

Available from either 1st Jan or 1st Feb.
