Two bedroom flat in the quirky Man of Kent building in Margate high street. Buses with 3 minute walk, train station 10 minutes. Beach 5 minute walk

The flat is on the 5th floor so not at all suitable for anyone with mobility difficulties: Sorry!

The building is a grade 2 listed building awaiting external renovation, but inside the flat is light and airy with newly installed electric radiators. The current tenant is willing to revert color scheme back to neutral, although I like what she has done.

All bills included except electric which is currently metered.

I would consider renting just the double room out only if there is a single person who doesn't want to share. What's more important is the right person, as the flat owners and residents are very invested in keeping the quiet, friendly feel to the building. As am I.
