The bedroom is on the 1st floor and comes with another room next door—so you’ll have loads of space to yourself and a choice of which one you’d like to stay in. The kitchen and other shared spaces are on the lower ground floor (three floors in total).
All bills are included except electricity, which is on a top-up meter—usually no more than £20 a month.
I’m also open to reducing the rent if needed. If you’re interested but the price is a stretch, I am happy to chat and figure something out.
It’s a super friendly, welcoming space—perfect if you’re thinking of testing the waters in Margate and want a cozy, creative home for a couple of months in the summer.
