Unfortunately I am moving onto new pastures and am looking for someone awesome to take over my tenancy in Margate / Cliftonville.
The home is 3 x bedrooms, 2 x bathrooms with loads of open space to work in / relax in. You will have access to a lovely garden as well as a small roof terrace which looks out onto the garden too. 🪴 As well as kitchen, dining room and living room we also have a huge downstairs space which we use for working, having friends stay or music!
The house will remain fully furnished, it’ll just be the bedroom which comes unfurnished. 💥
You’ll be sharing with 2 x absolute dudes - Taylor and James who are very kind and great fun to be around. Taylor is a Project Manager and James is a Camera Operator. Ideally we are looking for a female, but males also considered, who are easy going, a good laugh, and have similar interests 😊
