I am looking for a creative to replace me in my flat share from the 1st November.
It is a large bedroom in this stunning newly refurbished flat, with massive shared garden, huge bedroom, large lounge and beautiful kitchen. It comes with the double bed and all the kitchen appliances including fridge and washing machine. And there is an in built cupboard for clothes and storage in both the bedroom and the corridor for extra storage.
My flatmate is a 28 year old female artist, who is clean, tidy and respectful. She loves to cook, loves plants, and is a kind, sociable human. Sadly I am moving out but will miss this place!
It is 475£ per month. We have a park just down the road, 10 minute walk to the beach, 7 minute walk to Aldi, it is a prime central location.
Council Tax band A: 70£ each per month.
And taxes come to around 100-150£ per month.
