Cliftonville flat, only shared at weekends :)

I'm a live-in Landlord and this is my beautiful Cliftonville flat, right next to the creative scene on Northdown Road and a 5 minute walk from the restaurants and Art Galleries of Old Town and the beach!

I mainly work in London during the week, where I stay with my partner, so this flat will feel like yours most of the time. I'll be around at the weekends, and more in the summer.

About me
I'm a 34 year old Theatre Creative and I split my time between London and Margate. I love the beach, cinema nights, watching Plays and stand-up comedy. I'm veggie and super clean.

About you
Looking for a friendly professional who will respect the space! Someone who is around for the occasional dinner but also has their own thing going on too.

Please note I've used some old pictures, the flat will actually have brand new carpets in the bedrooms and utilities room and new furniture & curtains in the living room.

The flat has a brand new boiler, a fully working washing machine in the utilities room and a heated towel rack in the bathroom.

The Lodger's rent is £1000 per month and includes;
Rent, high speed Sky Broadband internet, buildings service charge, council tax and the water bill.

Not included: Gas & Electricity Bill. Average prices for a two bedroom flat in the area are: £103 to £117 per month. Of which I will pay half.
