House Sharer Required

We are looking for a house sharer to live in our 3 bedroom house in Margate, which is situated in a quiet location next to Dreamland, the seafront and the train station. Although myself and my partner occupy a room at the house, we live elsewhere, so the new housemate would live alone the majority of the time. The house has been recently decorated and is part furnished, with a downstairs room we are about to turn into an office area. Parking is available at the property and there is an en-suite shower room.
