House Sharer Required

We are looking for a house sharer to live in our 3 bedroom house in Margate, which is situated in a quiet location next to Dreamland, the seafront and the train station. Although myself and my partner occupy a room at the house, we live elsewhere the majority of the time, so the new housemate would live along the majority of the time. The house has been recently decorated and is part furnished, with a downstairs room we are about to turn into an office area. Parking is available at the property and there is an en-suite shower room.
