The house is an end terrace located on a lovely quiet road a short walk from the beach, Margate Old Town, Northdown Road & the station is a 20 minute walk away. Very close to shops and Dane Park. Close to the QEQM hospital and therefore would be a great choice for hospital staff.

Bedroom One (£750 pcm)
A large double room with an en-suite, a recently fitted new carpet, lots of great storage space, a new bed frame and newly installed storage, plus a standing desk if and office chair if you would like it. The en-suite has a brand new toilet and newly fitted floor.

The bathroom will be shared with myself although I split my time between London and Margate so would often just be your bathroom.
