Double bedroom with large en-suite and additional landing space located on own floor for extra privacy, in the heart of Margate.

I am looking for a lodger to stay in my calm and relaxed end terrace home in a quiet and highly sought after area of Margate, 10 minute walk to Margate Old Town, the beach, 15 min walk to Northdown Road and about 20 mins walk from Margate Station. Closest shop is a 2 minute walk.

I am a live in landlord who is friendly but also values privacy, but also up for sharing a drink or meal from time to time. I’m a professional in the education sector but have my creative hobbies as well. The house is quiet and chilled, with two living areas. It is a cosy house that stays warm in the winter months.

There is a garden, washing machine, and on street parking available. There is a bus stop close by that takes you to the surrounding Thanet towns for nice days out. It’s also a 12 min walk from the gym. Would suit a tidy, respectful professional looking for a chilled and peaceful home.
