This is a very good double room (approximately 12 feet by 12 feet, with built in storage too) in a pretty terraced Victorian house with garden in Beatrice Road, Margate. There is a stylish new cream kitchen with plenty of storage, appliances, washing machine etc., and also a new bathroom with power shower (Combi boiler, so hot water always available). Two separate toilets. The room overlooks the garden rather than the road.

Two separate independent middle-aged males in there at the moment (one commutes to Canterbury every day), so this would suit someone who just wants to quietly get on with their life, rather than someone looking for a young social vibe. But it's very friendly!
