Single room in family home Margate

I have a single room available in my family home in Margate. It is furnished with a single divan bed and wardrobe. £65 per week single occupancy including utilities and free wifi plus use of communal kitchen-diner, bathroom etc.

I live with my daughter (11yrs) and one other female lodger who tends to keep to herself. We have cats.

Females preferred please (unless in a couple)

Short term lets considered at £80 per week.
