Looking for a female professional to join our quiet, hard-working household. We are 2 nurses at QEQM and live in a large detached house only 5 minutes walk from QEQM main entrance.

Rent includes all bills and council tax.
There is no deposit.

If you are not British, then proof of your legal status in the UK and work visa will be necessary.

There is a cleaner for communal areas twice monthly.

Across the road is a Loop bus stop which goes to Westwood via QEQM main entrancw and on the other side to Margate, and via Cliftenville to Broadstairs.
Buses leave every 7 minutes.

Very sunny, detached, modern house with large veranda and sunny garden. Spacious shared living/dining room overlooking the garden, with dining table, marble coffee table, 2 leather sofas, flatscreen TV and a 100 year-old rocking chair.

The room is fully furnished. It has a 4ft bed, bedside table, wardrobe, desk, office chair and bookshelf.
It has the morning sun. It is larger than a box room but not gigantic. If you have lots of posessions, it is not for you.

The house has a family bathroom with shower over, upstairs and a separate toilet downstairs.


The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, drier, microwave, a freezer, huge fridge. It also has cooking, eating and drinking utensils provided.

Exactly opposite are a shop which is open 7 days a week from 6.30 to 11, a fish and chip shop and 4 takaways (Indian Chinese, Chicken and a Kebab shop)

One month's rent is due before moving in and taking up residency.
There is parking for 2 cars on the forecourt and so far only one tentant has a car.
