A very nice double room for a Single Professional Person in a quiet smoke free Victorian House .Recently decorated and furnished .My Husband and I ( Landlords) are looking for someone who is working and who is clean , tidy and responsible -who is friendly with a sense of humour ( you may need it ) and who will feel comfortable in our home We have a large Kitchen / Diner ..Lounge and a Shower Room and Bathroom ( that is being refurbed ) There is also a garden and outside street parking .We are welcoming and friendly but at the same time we respect your privacy. All we insist on is that no one else should stay over ..unless it is a member of family and by request .The house is within yards of the Loop Bus Stop which runs round the Thanet area every 5 mins .Rent includes all Bills including Wi Fi & Sky TV but excludes food and personal Toiletries .We look forward to meeting you.
