Double Room in immaculate house

Double Room available in immaculate house with shared communal facilities. Must be non smoker and clean and tidy and essential that your a dog lover as I have a Bullmastiff who is the man of the house. A quick update, I have had requested for the room from some people who have children and who want them to stay/visit at weekends, unfortunately I am not able to offer the room to these people as the house is really not big enough for 2 adults a large dog and children.
