Large double room in spacious house share with new carpets, freshly painted inside & out, plus new kitchen, heating and bathroom.

Looking for a respectful, tidy, reliable flatmate to share with 2 others. Preferably non-smoker (strictly no smoking in the house!), male/female who is in regular employment and can provide good character references from their employer and previous/current landlord. Sorry, only those who can support themselves via income and provide good references. Guarantor preferred as well.

The house has a relatively new kitchen, appliances and carpets throughout. Has been painted inside and out. There's a garden space overlooking a church, which is nice in the Spring/summer – anyone with green fingers would be great!

Will suit someone who is easy going & sociable, looking for a chilled, comfortable home. Room is furnished. There's a decent sized living room if anyone wants to be sociable with chromecast for laptops plus a stereo.

This is a large Victorian townhouse, very conveniently located to local independent supermarkets on the high street (plus an Aldi or Tesco 5+ mins away). The seafront is at the bottom of the street just 200 metres away and the train station only a brisk 10-15 minute walk.

Consider all applicants on merit but ideally, looking for someone who fits in – short term can be worked out for those looking to stay over the winter as well.
