Room to Rent in Margate

Double bedroom to rent in Margate. A double bed and a small wardrobe is provided, so if you have some furniture to bring with you that is fine. There is also a table and chairs, but these can be removed if needed. The house is approx. a ten minute walk from the seafront and town and public transport routes. I have a friendly house cat, who loves attention. I work Monday to Friday in Canterbury, so I will be gone during the day and am out some evenings either socialising or at the gym.

I am looking for a professional or mature student who is friendly and chatty.
