Looking for a Female Flatmate 🏡

I’m looking for a female flatmate to share my lovely two-bedroom flat. The move-in date is after 15th September and length of stay are flexible - we can discuss what works best for both of us. If we’re both happy, I’d love to keep things simple and easy.

My previous flatmate originally planned to stay for just three months, but ended up staying for three years! She’s only moving out now because her visa has expired and she’s returning to her home country, so I’m hoping to find someone who’s looking for a comfortable place to call home too.

A little about me

I’m easy-going, friendly and respectful, and I enjoy having a relaxed, clean and welcoming home. I work during the week and I would like a peaceful space, so I’m looking for someone who feels the same.

The main things I’m looking for are someone who:

* Is tidy and cleans up after themselves in the shared areas.
* Is respectful and considerate.
* Likes dogs.

I have a small Staffordshire Bull Terrier who is an absolute sweetheart. He loves people, is very well behaved, doesn’t bark , and has never been one for chewing things - he’ll happily win you over in no time!

About the flat

* Spacious second-floor apartment (around 80m²).
* Two double bedrooms.
* Two bathrooms, so you’ll have your own bathroom.

* Parking available right next to the building in a safe area.
* Balcony for those who smoke
* Lovely, quiet neighbourhood with friendly neighbours.
* Fantastic location:
* 2 minutes to the motorway.
* 1-minute walk to the local shop, pharmacy, takeaway and pub.

Rent

£700 per month, plus the electricity bill shared between the two of us.

* Summer: around £100/month in total.
* Winter (with heating): around £200–£250/month in total.
