Large Room in friendly house share in Minster

James and I have a lovely house in the buzzy village of Minster, Ramsgate. We have one male lodger, who works from home, and we are looking for a famale lodger to join our sociable household.

We are all professionals in our 40s except Charlie. She is our 11 year old Border Collie Cross, she mostly sleeps but does do daily patrols of the garden. The garden is large and wrap around - lovely place to be when the weather is nice.

The room available is at the front of the house and is double aspect. It currently has a king size bed, a bedside table and lamp. It features two large built in cupboards/wardrobes.

We all share a clean and modern bathroom and two separate toilets (one upstairs and one downstairs).

The kitchen has all modern appliances, including a dishwasher. You will have use of a washing machine too. Lots of storage available for food etc..

There is a dining room downstairs that is available to use too, but not for working from home. The only room that is off limits is the living room.

We all chip in for communally used items such as dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid, toilet paper - you get the idea. Apart from that the monthly rent is the only other financial requirement made of you.

So just to recap. We are looking for a female, 30s+ (i don't want to be further outnumbered by the guys) who doesn't hate dogs! :0)
