Room Available for Rent in a Family home.

We have a recently built room in our family home. We have used it to host Foreign students occasionally. It has a separate shower and toilet. It is not ensuite so not for your exclusive use. We have a garden and a patio to the rear. The house also overlooks beautiful green area. We are looking for someone who will be mindful of the family situation and keep the room clean and tidy. We are a peaceful and loving family. We love to cook clean and have a laugh. Both parents work and the teenagers are still in school. We expect the person to pay rent promptly. If you can live with a family and treat the house like your own then we would like to hear from you.
