This house is in a fantastic location, very close to Orpington train station. It comes as part of a Two Generations Homeshare, in which you will commit to approx 10 hours per week of help in the home.

The current homeowner is a very friendly lady, aged 79. She is looking for companionship and the reassurance of an overnight presence in her home, plus someone who can help her with some tasks including; IT support, gardening, help preparing and sharing and evening meal, plus some small chores in the home.

The ideal sharer enjoys cooking and is interested in current affairs. They can be working full time or part time, but should have some time available during their week to offer some household support. The Householder, originally from Washington DC, is a very friendly, chatty and independent lady who is looking for some overnight reassurance and good company, as now, more than ever, this lady feels a little lonely and isolated.

The property is a well maintained house in a central location. The sharer has a single sized room with a desk and storage space. A private bathroom with shower and toilet is included. The sharer is welcome to use of the rest of the home including kitchen and lounge/dining room. The house has a well kept large garden.

The householder shares the property with her son.
