Double room en suite in Orpington Monday to Friday

***This room is only available for Monday to Friday accommodation, for potential lodgers who only need a room during the week***

This is a nice loft room, with en-suite facilities (large shower) and walk in closet. It is furnished with a double bed, a bookshelf and an aerial for tv connection and it's sunny, back facing, and extremely quiet.

Our lodger will have access to the kitchen and garden and use of the off street car park.

The house is located within a few minutes walk from Orpington station, ideal to get into the city, canary wharf and Victoria station. The house is also within walking distance of a large tesco and the high street. Despite that it sits in a very quiet leafy road.

Ours is a very young family, we are two adults female (mum and live in au pair) and two young children of 9. We also have a cat.

We are looking for a Monday to Friday lodger only.
