Room to rent - £630 PCM (Bills included)

Our house has a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 have en-suite facilities but unfortunately aren’t available as currently occupied. But house mates get first refusal so never out of the question! Currently have 1 professional female & 3 males (although two rooms are up for grabs), we all get on, very social. We have a garden, fully functional kitchen, washing & drying facilities. We all current work shifts and very respectful of each other’s space and when we come in late after work.

All of the bills are included in the rent and we have off road parking.

Our house is located a small commute to major roads so accessible for travelling to work etc.
