We are a couple looking for a housemate(s)
We have 2 elderly indoor cats.
Myself (Abbie) and my partner (Josh) are also are neurodivergent so if you are too we are very understanding.
Location of property means you need to be able to drive as there is no public transport. there is parking available on a gravel driveway.
Rent to be discussed as some factors such as pets/couples the price can increase.
The room is unfurnished.
Shared main bathroom, separate W/C. Large kitchen, large living room.
You will be provided your own fridge freezer.
There is a room for guests which can also be used as an at home office/gym. This room is yet to be properly furnished.
There is a small courtyard and space out the front too to relax in the sun and for pets.
