1 bedroom with own bathroom in family home

We are a married lesbian couple with 2 cats, a 3 year old daughter and another baby on the way. We have a large double bedroom spare and ready to rent out. There's 2 living rooms and a dinner area, a large kitchen and a big garden. Loads of free on street parking. We're close to the station and shops. All bills are included in the price and there's free WiFi on top. My wife works for the emergency services and I work in healthcare. We're quite easy going and looking for someone who is respectful and tidy. There's extra storage in the loft or garage if needed. Feel free to ask any questions.
