Lovely and Cosy room quiet cul-de-sac Ebbsfleet

Hello,
This is the smallest of the bedrooms but bigger than a "box-room" but not quite a small double. The views are nice out to the back garden, halfway through updating it.

We are 5 mins from Ebbsfleet International with the onward journey just 18 minutes in St Pancras/Kings Cross.

Quicker journey if you work in the city than many places in Central London!

Great area to live in Gravesend and the villages make this area a jewel in the crown that is the North Downs. As housemates, we are both easy to get on with and entirely flexible and open to ideas to improve our home.

The bathroom is downstairs and has a really good quality shower over the bath. It's kept spotless!

Everything you would expect or need in a kitchen is available, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer...

The back garden is a nice space and is sunlit for most of the day (when it's sunny that is :-).

We have a lovely conservatory, with that has nice furniture that's extremely comfortable.

All the supermarkets you can mention are within 5 minutes.

I have a mid-sized Australian Labradoodle who is very well behaved. Everyone loves Poppy! No more pets.

You will have to supply your own bedding and towels.

Smoking is fine but NOT upstairs.
