We are looking for a quiet & tidy lodger for our fully furnished & equipped annexe, part of our home.

Double bedroom with small double bed.
Bathroom.
Shared use of the annexe Kitchen/Lounge but we rarely use it.
Patio area.
Fast Wi-Fi.
Own heating controls.
Washer/dryer and new double oven.
Quiet area with lots of on street parking.
New mattress, duvet and bedding.
TV can be provided.

Access is via the side of the property behind a 6ft locked gate into a patio area with the door into the annexe.

Room for a bicycle or small motorbike on the patio as well as garden furniture.
1.3 miles to Rainham Station.
Near 132, 116 & 783 bus routes.

We have a dog & 2 cats. A gate keeps the dog out of the patio & annexe but the cats may visit.
