Double furnish room in Rainham Kent

Hello,
I am looking for a lodger to accommodate my spare room. I am a single female professional that currently has a housemate who is moving out at the end of July. I do shift work in London so will not always be around. I would consider myself as tidy, friendly, relaxed and considerate and I am looking for a similar sort of person to live with.
The spare room is a good sized double which is furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe, large chest of drawers and a bedside cabinet. The room was decorated last year and a brand new bathroom has just been fitted at the property with a separate bath and shower. Downstairs there is a separate lounge and dining room, a kitchen and a downstairs toilet and bathroom too. There is a large garden to the rear and on the road parking at the front.
