A lovely three story town house walking distance to the seafront and train station. The house has all bills included, these are, tv license, council tax, electricity, water, gas and internet.

There is a cleaner that comes in once every two weeks and cleans the communal areas.

The kitchen, has, washing/dryer machine, dishwasher, microwave, gas oven, fridge and freezer.

Ellington park is at the end of the road, which has recently been renovated.

Your room is a very spacious furnished double bedroom with ensuite. Plenty of space.

Separate shared Lounge, dining room and kitchen with patio garden with garden shed.

Master bedroom with ensuite
Main bathroom with shower and bath.

One double bedroom at back(taken)
One double bedroom at front (taken)
One single room (available).

The housemates are very friendly, and are all professionals, working days and are non-smokers. I’m not a live in landlady, as the ad suggests, I cannot find where to change that, but I live and work locally so can help in times of need.

The deposit is one months rent.
