We have a 1 year old son and most weeks I am in Ramsgate Monday to Thursday with him then travel to Hertfordshire to join my partner.

We have a well behaved dog who joins us in the school holidays (my partner and I work in education).

There is use of a secure parking space with key fob - although this is a bonus as it belongs to a friend who kindly allows us to use at no cost. I have not added an additional charge for this benefit.
