Pleasant room to let in quiet flat.

Newly decorated room in a modest but characterful rooftop flat (Council tax Band A) in a handsome regency terrace 5 minutes walk from town centre and sea, with Kitchen and bathroom shared. I am a retired college tutor. I already have two lodgers, who are both retired gentlemen. I am a quiet person who likes to watch TV and do a bit of artwork, as well as going out to visit my Ladyfriend. I do the general cleaning, but guests are required to maintain their rooms in a good condition. The room has a view over rooftops, plus TV and broadband. It would suit someone with a provable income and good references. It is up several flights of stairs, which is very good for the heart!
