Double bedroom by the sea to rent

I am preferably looking for a professional worker to apply.
The house is situated in a lovely location
5 minutes walk to Ramsgate beach and King George V park which enables you to walk to Broadstairs very easily.
One double bedroom, to offer but I have a spare room if extra wardrobe space is needed.
The bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobe and drawers.

The property had a calm feeling and would suit shift workers, I am a
Shift worker myself , therefore would need someone who respects that.

New Smoke detectors.
Yearly gas checks.
Carbon monoxide monitor fitted
The house is super clean.

Off street parking . After 6pm it is busy but generally it’s ok to park close to the house.

There are several bus stops close by and the train station is 5 minutes in a car.
I may consider animals, a small pet, non malting dog or well trained cat.
I’m looking for a professional who perhaps does shift work like myself as I need a house mate to be conscientious and considerate of my shift patterns as I would be of yours.
I’m a Pescatarian, mainly vegetarian, therefore I would prefer someone with the same diet.

The room will be short let, maybe 3-6months.
