I have a room to let me in my house. I am the live in landlord and there is one tenant currently staying. Shared facilities including living room and large garden. Tidy and quiet. Fast reliable broandband, short walk to train station, bus stops or town. Tescos and 24 hour garage nearby. Room includes wardrobes, super king size bed, desk, bedside table and tv wall mouting bracket. Tenant works as a carer and is away week on week off and i work most of the day so its generally very quiet and private.
