I am looking for someone VERY specific. This will NOT be your main/only residence and you will be out of the house working full time in the day!!

I have a lovely furnished double bedroom which is available in the week, ideally Monday evening to Friday morning for a NON Smoker/Vaper.

I would like to share my house during the week with a Professional/Contractor/Doctor who will be out at work during the day and just needs a base in the week for work. No home workers and no guests, this is just for one person.

I would like someone friendly who is respectful and has EXTREMELY high standards of hygiene and cleanliness (someone who always washes their hands PROPERLY WITH SOAP). Someone with lots of common sense who knows how to clean up after themself, dispose of rubbish correctly and turn lights off when they leave a room.

Someone who has no pets but who is okay with a small (hypoallergenic) dog occasionally in the house.


Driveway parking is provided.

I live in a lovely quiet location (not a main road or cut through road) which is close to Broadstairs and Westwood Cross. I also have an excellent selection of Take Aways on my doorstep as well as small convenience shops, a Post Office and there is a Post Box on the corner of my road.

Please Note ~ Two of my previous lodgers were both Locum Doctors working at The QEQM Hospital. My location suited them both perfectly for getting to and from work, one used the Loop Bus service and one drove to and from work. I would be very happy to welcome another Doctor to stay with me.
